Syracuse Series (July 23-25)

The Red Wings faced off against the Syracuse Mets in a three-game set, ultimately losing all three contests. In the first game, Rochester fell 13-2, with the Mets' offense exploding in the first and fifth innings to score all 13 runs. The second game saw the Red Wings drop another game, 8-5, with Syracuse scoring eight runs in the first four innings. The final game of the series was a close contest, but the Red Wings ultimately lost 4-3 in a back-and-forth duel.

Lehigh Valley Series (July 24-26)

The Red Wings then moved on to a series against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. In the first game, Lehigh Valley scored eight runs across the third and fourth innings to take the game 10-2. RHP Kyle Luckham made his Triple-A debut, and RHP Luis Reyes and Amos Willingham turned in strong outings without allowing an earned run. The second game saw a late rally by Lehigh Valley, who scored six runs in the eighth to win 11-4.
